How dropshipping works

Dropshipping is advanced sales management technique. An individual retailer will advertise, sell, and collect the money for it, then contact a larger merchant or warehouse where the item is actually stored and have them ship the item to the consumer at the ex-factory cost. The consumer usually does not know that the larger merchant or warehouse is involved in the process at all. It is great way of starting a home-based internet business and expand business.

Dropshipping is an ideal business model for many types of businessmen and individuals. Bloggers may make their product catalog in a page to attract buyers. Individuals can promote the products to their friends and families. Forum admins can organize a shopping event to their member database. Even retailers can print a product catalog in the shop and dropship the product to end users directly.

Fees

To ensure that pricing information is not accessible to the public, we impose some fees for the dropshipping program.

Setup Fee: The one time setup fee is $199. This fee is 100% refundable. When you reach 20 dropshipping orders, $100 will be refunded to you. When you reach 50 dropshipping orders, the rest $99 will be refunded. The refund will be injected to your account balance for dropship.

Monthly Fee: $6 is charged per month. Monthly fee is 100% refundable as well. As long as your account can dropship at least 3 orders per month, the monthly fee will be refunded to your account balance. For example, if you pay the subscription fee on 1 March, your account is eligible to dropship during 1 March to 31 March. You can inactivate the subscription any time. However, a non-refundable $19 will be charged for reactivation.

Discount Rate

Dropshipping price is usually 10%-15% off from regular price. *Noted that some slim margin items like iPods do not have discount.
